Our History

Lake Como opened as a nudist park in 1941, and has since then been a haven to those seeking a relaxing, clothes-free experience in a natural park setting, at the same location just north of Tampa, Florida.    In 1997 Lake Como was re-organized as Lake Como Co-op Inc:, and is now a cooperative owned by 100+ nudist residents. Lake Como welcomes visitors for the day, for a vacation, or for the season.
